The Groundbreaking Ceremony of the “Xa Mát 5 Project – 5-Story Apartment Complex & Entertainment Service Area”

On the morning of February 25, 2025, Silver Lion Construction Co., Ltd solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony for the “5-Storey Apartment Complex & Entertainment Service Area” project in Trapaing Phlong Commune, Ponhea Krek District, Tbong Khmum Province, Cambodia. The ceremony was attended by representatives from the leadership board of SLC and the contractor TL&T, along with a large number of staff and employees.

The Xa Mát 5 project has a total investment capital of 100 million USD and is expected to be completed and put into operation by March 2026. The project includes 5 buildings, each 5 stories high, with a total floor area of 49,226 square meters. In addition, there are auxiliary facilities for services and entertainment such as a swimming pool, sports field, karaoke, and other amenities.

At the ceremony, representatives of the investor and the project management unit (SLC) emphasized the importance of the project and committed to ensuring the progress and quality of the construction according to the planned schedule. Meanwhile, representatives from the construction contractor affirmed that they would mobilize maximum resources to implement the project safely and effectively.

The groundbreaking ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere, marking an important beginning for the construction of the Xa Mát 5 project. After the groundbreaking ritual, the delegates participated in the earth-turning ceremony to officially commence the construction. The project is expected to be completed on schedule, bringing practical benefits to the area.
