GROUND BREAKING CEREMONY OF THE WIN WIN OFFICE AND APARTMENT PROJECT
Bavet, Cambodia – February 10, 2025 – Today, Silver Lion Construction Co., LTD (SLC) officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the WIN WIN OFFICE AND APARTMENT project, a key development located in Bavet city, Svay Rieng province, Cambodia.
The ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere with the attendance of representatives from the local government, company leadership, partners, contractors, and numerous guests. In his speech, the representative of SLC emphasized the project's significant role in promoting the socio-economic development of the region and committed to ensuring the quality and timely progress of construction.

The WIN WIN OFFICE AND APARTMENT project is situated in a prime location on National Highway 1, in the heart of Bavet city, with a total investment of 100 million USD. The development features 15 floors, including a rooftop, technical floors, and a roof deck. The project promises to become a new landmark, providing modern office spaces and high-end apartments to meet the growing demands of residents and businesses in the area.
With extensive experience in construction and project management, SLC aims to make WIN WIN OFFICE AND APARTMENT a model development by applying advanced construction technologies to optimize functionality and create an ideal living and working environment.
The groundbreaking ceremony marks an important milestone in SLC’s development journey and opens new opportunities for cooperation and growth in Cambodia. The project is expected to be completed and operational within 18 months of construction, around August 2026, contributing to the development of Bavet city in particular and the region in general.
