The Process of Formation and Development

Before 2022:

Starting with a modest operation based on a team of experienced professionals, we provided design consulting, cost estimation, and project management services for several mid- to small-scale high-end projects in Cambodia. At the same time, we partnered with reputable subcontractors and interior suppliers to expand our offerings into general contracting services.

Over time, to meet the growing demand for scale expansion and to enhance service quality for our clients, our team steadily increased both in number and expertise. This growth led to the establishment of specialized departments within the company.

June 2022:

Silver Lion Construction Co., LTD (abbreviated as “SLC”) was officially established, with its headquarters located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This marked a significant milestone and a major transformation of SLC toward a more professional structure, meeting corporate-level standards in both service delivery and organizational framework.

In the same year, SLC successfully bid for and commenced construction of two major projects in Bavet (Cambodia): Las Vegas Sun Casino & Hotel and Win Win Casino & Hotel. These landmark developments feature a range of premium entertainment and hospitality facilities, including casinos, hotels, spas, and more. By taking on key responsibilities from cost estimation to design and construction management, SLC further solidified its capabilities and diversified its expertise in the high-end design and construction segment.

At the same time, SLC faced challenges related to human resources due to strict post-COVID-19 travel regulations and concerns about local political stability. However, by implementing timely and human-centered HR policies, the company was able to stabilize its workforce, maintaining a staff of 50–60 employees, with plans to grow to 200 within the next five years.

Late 2022 to Early 2023:

SLC continued its success by winning contracts for additional projects, including GMG – Xa Mat, Luxcity Hotel & Apartment, and several other premium hotel developments across Cambodia.

Since 2024:

Building on past successes, SLC has continued to expand its operations, taking on numerous large-scale commercial housing and office projects across Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand. In addition to achieving strong economic results, SLC has increasingly affirmed its reputation and position in the construction industry—not only in Cambodia but also throughout the Southeast Asian region.
