JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Conduct site surveys to develop ideas, design concepts, and implement preliminary sketches to technical construction drawings. Participate in the entire design process until the project is completed;
• Work directly with clients to advise on design options and make adjustments according to their requirements;
• Create 3D renderings, select materials and colors, and collaborate with relevant parties to complete the design to meet technical standards and construction requirements;
• Coordinate with the Project Management Team and other involved parties to participate in the implementation, control, and support the construction project according to the approved design;
• Research and update design trends, strategic planning for materials, and new technologies;
• Provide consulting support with the technical implementation team and estimation team, offering a list of materials and their technical specifications;
• Monitor, evaluate, and advise the management team on design adjustments according to customer needs, new design trends, and the company’s strategy;
• Perform other tasks as directed by the direct manager.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

•  Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Design or other related fields;
• Practising Certificate in Architecture or Design is preferrable.

Working Experience

• At least 7 years of experience in Architectural and Interior design;
• Working experience in designing, implementing, and supervising construction drawings for big & luxury projects  is advantaged.

Professional Knowledge

• Deeply knowlege of architectural & design standards applied in Vietnam and worldwide;
• Good knowledge of materials for its technical characteristics, colors, and design styles;
• Good knowledge of structural design, lighting, and other interior design factors;
• Basic understanding of construction techniques and MEP systems to ensure design consistency;
• Proficient in professional softwares for Architecture & Design (AutoCAD, BIM, Navisworks, Excel, MS Project, etc.) and document control softwares (Aconex, Asite, etc.).

Soft Skills & Personalities

• Ability to identify client desires and transfer all ideas into design concepts;
• Strong presentation skills to clearly explain design ideas to clients and other teamworks, also collaborate with stakeholders such as investors, contractors, and construction teams;
• Ability to work independently to meet the deadlines;
• Disciplined, proactive, and able to work under high pressure;
• Proficient in English communication is a plus.
