I. JOB OBJECTIVE
Play a pivotal role in directing, conceptualizing, and spearheading large-scale or high-complexity architectural projects. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and technical feasibility of design documentation while leading the design team throughout the project lifecycle.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design Leadership (Lead Design): Direct and develop design concepts for key projects. Propose innovative architectural solutions that optimize both functionality and aesthetics.

Technical Management & Implementation: Oversee and review the development of technical documentation across all stages (Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation). Ensure the highest standards of drawing quality and minimize errors.

Advanced Technical Resolution: Directly resolve complex architectural assemblies and intricate details. Research and apply new construction materials and technologies to projects.

Coordination & Integration: Collaborate closely with Structural, MEP engineers, and other specialists (Landscape, Lighting, Facade, etc.) to ensure technical alignment and resolve spatial conflicts early in the design stage.

Mentoring & Leadership: Act as a mentor to Junior/Mid-level architects within the team. Review work, share expertise, and enhance the overall professional standard of the team.

Management Support: Assist the Design Manager or Design Director in engaging with Clients/Investors to present, justify, and defend design proposals.
III. REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture. An Architectural Practice License is a significant advantage.

Experience: 5–8 years of experience in architectural design, with a portfolio demonstrating the capacity to lead projects of similar scale.

Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of current building codes, standards, construction methods, and on-site material application.

Skills: Strong logical thinking, comprehensive project oversight, and agility in problem-solving regarding technical issues.

Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software. (Priority given to candidates with advanced Revit/BIM implementation skills).

Soft Skills: Strong independent work ethic, presentation skills, and the ability to defend design concepts.

Languages: Professional proficiency in Technical English (for documentation and drawing review).
