Project Management & Oversight: Manage and take full responsibility for the quality and delivery schedules of all interior design projects undertaken by the company.
Concept Development & Direction: Develop design concepts and define interior design styles for a diverse range of projects (hotels, offices, luxury apartments, etc.).
Quality Assurance: Review and approve all 2D, 3D designs, and interior construction technical drawings prior to submission to clients or contractors.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Architecture and MEP departments to ensure overall project integration and consistency.
Material & Vendor Management: Manage material selection, liaise with suppliers to stay updated on emerging trends, and ensure strict adherence to project budgets.
Team Leadership & Mentoring: Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the interior design team.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Experience: At least 5–7 years of experience in interior design, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a similar management position.
Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in industry-standard software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Vray/Corona, Photoshop, etc.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of interior materials, construction methods, and aesthetic proportions.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and presentation skills.
Languages: Professional proficiency in Technical English (for documentation and drawing review).
