I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Concept Design: Analyze design briefs, develop master planning and architectural concepts, design functional floor plans, and create 3D exterior renderings.

Design Documentation: Develop detailed design documentation across all stages: Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation.

Coordination: Collaborate closely with Structural, MEP, and Cost Estimation teams to ensure drawings are consistent and technically aligned.

Revisions & Updates: Revise drawings based on feedback from Clients or Management; update documentation for As-built drawings during the construction process.

Author’s Supervision: Provide technical support to contractors and conduct periodic site visits (author’s supervision) to ensure construction compliance with the design.
II. REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills: Strong spatial thinking, good aesthetic sense, and a passion for creativity.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in graphic and technical software: AutoCAD, SketchUp (or 3Ds Max, Revit), Lumion/Enscape, and Photoshop.

Soft Skills: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively; ability to work under tight deadlines.

Languages: Professional proficiency in Technical English (for reading documentation and drawings).
